David has worked in the financial services sector for over 20 years. He has been an investment adviser with Lend Lease and Lifespan, and prior to Payton was Dealer Principal and Head of Funds Management for a large not-for-profit organisation.

In these roles David established financial planning and lending businesses including the creation of wholesale commercial mortgage portfolios with Westpac and ANCU.

David holds a Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Financial Services, Diploma of Finance and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Jason is a Chartered Accountant (Fellow) and is also CEO of the Payton Foundation in addition to being a director and advisor to several other company boards and charities. Having begun his career with PwC, he has been practising for over 30 years.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma of Financial Services, and a Governance Institute of Australia Certificate of Governance Practice.

He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.

Craig has more than 15 years’ experience working across banking, financial markets, private wealth, lending, and residential construction. After establishing a career in financial planning, Craig gained valuable wealth management experience before transitioning into leadership roles for the Commonwealth Bank across their Retail Bank, Private Wealth and Private Bank divisions.

Prior to Payton, Craig was the National Sales Manager for major volume builder, Porter Davis, giving him vital experience in residential construction and land development.

Craig is responsible for the management and leadership of the investor distribution, administration, business development and sales management teams for Payton.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance), Diploma of Financial Services and a Master of Applied Finance.

Jodie is a seasoned professional with a long and successful history in the financial services industry. With her expertise in event management, corporate communications, marketing, and portfolio management, Jodie has demonstrated her ability to innovate and consolidate her assets to achieve outstanding results.

A strong marketing professional, Jodie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from RMIT University. This academic foundation, combined with her hands-on experience, has equipped Jodie with a unique skill set that allows her to excel in the fast-paced and constantly evolving financial services industry.
