Andrew Tyndale | Chairman and Non-Executive Director

Andrew Tyndale – Chairman & Non-Executive Director

Andrew is a career investment banker now using his finance and investment skills for the social sector. Following 26-years of venture capital, development capital, mergers and acquisitions, building and listing large specialist investment funds and private equity.

Andrew has spent the last 12 years focused on developing impact investment opportunities and advising Foundations and Governments on aligning strategic investment with values.

Andrew holds an Honour Bachelor of Commerce and is a Fulbright Professional Scholar.

David Payton | Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director

David Payton – Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director

David has worked in the financial services sector for over 20 years. He has been an investment adviser with Lend Lease and Lifespan, and prior to Payton was Dealer Principal and Head of Funds Management for a large not-for-profit organisation.

In these roles David established financial planning and lending businesses including the creation of wholesale commercial mortgage portfolios with Westpac and ANCU.

David holds a Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Financial Services, Diploma of Finance and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Rob Fellows | Executive Director

Rob Fellows – Executive Director

Rob has worked in the property industry for the past 25 years. Rob pioneered Market-Line Property Valuers, which is now (post-merger with Opteon) the largest valuer in Victoria. Rob has extensive experience in industrial and commercial property, and provides valuable in-house property expertise.

Rob holds a diploma and post graduate qualifications in property, and is a certified property valuer and retail specialist as defined in the Retail Leases Act

Claire Rogers | Non-Executive Director

Claire Rogers – Non-Executive Director

Formerly the Chief Executive Officer of World Vision Australia, Claire is an experienced director and strategic organisational leader with deep expertise in driving growth, innovation, and digital transformation across a broad range of financial services and for-purpose entities.

Claire is a social innovator with entrepreneurial skills, she is currently the Managing Partner, CEO Mastermind Advisory; a collaboration of business services and professional growth, and CEO of Oho, a social enterprise software company which she co-founded.

With a tenure at ANZ spanning 28 years, Claire also held roles as Head of Governance, Portfolio and Performance, Global Technology, Head of Mortgage Fulfilment Transformation, Head of Projects and Transformation, Wealth, and Head of Commercial Credit Cards

Claire holds a Bachelor of English Literature, Linguistics, and Mathematics from The University of Melbourne, an MBA, and is recognised as a member and GAICD of Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of Chief Executive Women.

Claire is experienced with governance processes for board practice, policies, and compliance. She is currently Director, Melbourne Business School, Director, Methodist Ladies College Kew (MLC) with previous positions held as Director, World Vison Australia, Director & Vice President, Australian Council for International Development, Director and Chair, Ridley College.

Jason Pater | Non-Executive Director

Jason Pater – Non-Executive Director

Jason is a Chartered Accountant (Fellow) and is also CEO of the Payton Foundation in addition to being a director and advisor to several other company boards and charities. Having begun his career with PwC, he has been practising for over 30 years.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma of Financial Services, and a Governance Institute of Australia Certificate of Governance Practice.

He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.

Meredith Scott | Non-Executive Director

Meredith Scott – Non-Executive Director

In addition to her role at Payton, Meredith is a Non Executive Director of listed BNPL, Zip Co, where she also chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. She was formerly a Board Member and CEO of Opportunity International Australia. In that role she was also the Chair of Opportunity’s Indian subsidiary, Dia Vikas Capital.

Prior to entering the not for profit sector, Meredith was with Ernst & Young for 32 years, including 19 years as a partner, and was for a number of years a member of the governing bodies of Ernst & Young at the Oceania, Asian and Global levels. She has also held governing roles at Wesley Mission (NSW), Pymble Ladies College, and The University of Sydney. 

Meredith holds a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Sydney, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Honorary Lifetime Fellow of The University of Sydney.
