STAY HOME, but what happens when you don’t have a home?
Tonight more than 116,000 Australians are experiencing homelessness. 42% are under the age of 25.

Fusion is a Christian youth and community organisation working to strengthen young people through a community based response. Accommodating, educating, supporting and sharing life.

Throughout this pandemic the team continue to provide a safe place for young people experiencing homelessness, supporting young people and their families before they reach a point of crisis.

With the rise in domestic violence, the team are delivering online youth programs to care for young people; navigating what it now means to hear domestic violence and conflict in real time.

Help raise the $10,000 needed to House and Support at risk young people during this pandemic.

Ruel Foundation
Many villages in the Philippines are cut off from work and food due to the lockdown. The Ruel Foundation are providing a lifeline to some of the most vulnerable people in our world.

With 24 hours notice, the team were able to extend their service to combat the threat of starvation. Feeding 850 Mangyan people in Oriental Mindoro with two weeks food supplies. These people live on a day to day basis, no longer able to work in the rice fields to provide food for the day.

In the Philippines, 31.4% of children were already living below the poverty line, 33% stunted due to malnutrition and 8 in 10 experience some form of violence.
The Children Crisis Centre’s remain operational caring for these children, bringing them health and quality of life. The team are providing food to their neighbours and the police to help ensure security.

Can you help ensure these families do not starve? By donating $15 you can provide a family of 5 with food for a week. How many families can you help?

 Zoe Child Rescue
Child traffickers don’t do social distancing.

ZOE continue to combat child trafficking in   Thailand and continue to care for rescued   children, providing schooling, counselling,   mentoring and vocational training. The work is   evolving to respond to the pandemic and many   children are still being saved!

Due to Covid-19, many of the children that   graduated the program are unable to work and   some have lost their jobs, leaving them   vulnerable to re-trafficking. They need some   short term assistance.

By donating $35 you can provide one week of   food, accommodation and support and ensure their   safety.

Mary Rice Centre Kenya
For our friends in the slums of Nairobi the situation is dire.

Schools are closed, with curfew and isolation people are unable to work or obtain food and supplies, despite living in slums gangs expect ongoing rent and the President acknowledges starvation is just as much a threat as Covid-19.

The team at the Mary Rice Centre ensure children with a disability have access to an education, nutrition and medical care.

These are some of the poorest families in the Kenyan slums and we have been funding school fees (education and food) for their brothers and sisters – to allow a minimum safety net to these impoverished and disadvantaged families.

Thanks to your support, they have already been able to provide 50,000 meals to combat starvation until the end of April.

$20 will provide a family of 5 with food for a week, ensuring these children do not starve and then they can resume their education once schools reopen. How many families can you support?
